" Frequency ... "

“ ... Everything you know
Somebody else has taught and told you
Deep within yourself if you're
Yourself are you that person

Like a coded frequency
The people will unfold you
Leave it up to everybody's hands
To shape and mold you

I took some time
To stand on my own two feet

Frequency ... “

~ Tantric ~ Frequency ~

Spending time in the mountains, when you get out of the city, there is an energetic shift.  The shades of color, sounds, birds, insects, animals, running water ... has a soothing effect on the mind.  And not only because you get away from the intensity of the city, but because these sounds consist of vibrational frequency, which is measured in Hertz (Hz).

... all of these natural harmonics vibrate at 432 Hz,
it’s the natural frequency of the universe ...

The benefits of being tuned into the correct vibration include healing our DNA, ailments and even getting healthier.

... being in tune with this universal frequency
is an integral part of us being part of nature ...

432 Hz is the harmonic intonation of nature.  This vibration can make your body and the organic world which surrounds it, resonate in a natural way.  A sense of peace and wellbeing is available in those moments.  So as we open our ears we help our bodies release emotional blockages and expand consciousness.  432Hz allows you to tune into the knowledge of the universe around us in a more intuitive way.

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe,
think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” ~ Tesla

With our bodies made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies, frequencies affect frequencies.  And with these, our bodies are estimate to be about 70% water, experiments have shown how we alter our own vibrational state based on every expression through sound, emotion, or thought ... which influences everything around it, much like a drop of water creating a ripple effect.

It is believed that the 432 Hz vibrations with the Universe, unifies the properties of light, time, space, matter, gravity, magnetism, biology, DNA code and consciousness.  It is believed that our atoms and DNA start to resonate in harmony with the spiraling pattern of nature, resulting in our sense of connection to nature magnified.

" Nice … "

... A careless smile and it begins to snow
And it hurts me to think
That you might never know
That I've got this thing about you

In case you don't understand
There's something else I meant to tell you

There is nothing better
Than being with you
And I'm feeling so nice
There is nowhere better
Than here with you
And it's feeling so nice

Did I already say
'Cause you make me forget
I might as well be brave and tell 'ya

Are you a people pleaser?  Do you have a hard time saying no?  Do you then find that rather than feeling good, you feel used?  Could just be that you are just “too nice” ....

Too nice?? How is that even possible?  How can you be too much of something good?  Yes, I have been through this conflict a number of times in my life.  You see, through our struggles and challenges, we develop a sense of sympathy towards others.  We understand everyone has a story and if we take the time to learn about them, we will enrich our lives that much more.  And we also do something for someone and expecting nothing in return.  This how we continue to nurture our relationships for what they are, not what they can give you.

When you say yes to others don’t say no to yourself...

The “too nice” nature can land us in trouble because we end up being too good for our own good.  We all know that it is never a good idea to let people walk all over you and take advantage of you.  Just think ... if your whole life is spent doing things for everyone around you, where is the time for yourself?

Emotional Chaos ... exhausted, defeated and discouraged ...

Personally, I don’t believe there are “wrong” people.  I believe there are people who make poor choices.  And those choices can apply to a person that is too nice.  How so?  well, a poor reason to be nice to someone is so that they thank you, accept you and raise your social standing.  And I feel that feeling superior when you help others out misses the purpose entirely.

So how do you stop being “too nice”?
  • You and those in your life realize that you cannot be available for them every single time they need you
  • You start being “too nice” to YOU
  • Decide who and what is important in your life & put your energy towards it
  • If you have to decline, say it confidently, genuinely and respectfully

Understand that the moment you settle for less in your life, you will get exactly what you asked for ... directly affecting your own well-being in mind, body and spirit.  Learn the difference between being nice and being too nice because in the end, it can be for your own good.

"Roam ... "

"roam if you want to
roam around the world
roam if you want to
without wings, without wheels
roam if you want to
roam around the world
roam if you want to
without anything but the love we feel"
~ The B-52s ~ Roam ~

Recently, I came across a great article about "the cost of Roaming" ~ The compulsive checking of messages, staying connected because we are afraid of missing out, or answering a late-night work email because it makes us feel needed.  This can be powerful distractions from knowing ourselves.  I realized that prior to my diagnosis, that was me.  I worked hard, very hard and took pride in telling others " I am sooo busy, I work 60 hour weeks, etc...".  I always seemed connected to some form of technology.  And all of my gadgets and tech toys tempted me with endless stimuli that invited my attention to go off in a million scattered directions at once.  If you need to get a hold of me, no worries, just try my hand held device, or my laptop, or my pager or my .... and it goes on.

We can avoid the roaming charge or "the emotional or psychic cost connected with the distraction and expectation associated with that phone, wherever and whenever it might be ringing - by remaining as attuned to your inner technologies as you are to your outer ones".  It can be a challenge to maintain inner calm in a world of constant connection, yet I have had the opportunity to practice perfect this during my therapy and it has been essential for my well-being.  Wisdom practices such as yoga and meditation, have allowed me to set matters aside, cut myself loose from my ego, and experience freedom from external affirmations and influences ... like breaking free from rapid-fire tweet and measuring my popularity from facebook likes ~ yes, we don't need our smartphones to discover nirvana, what a relief!

It definitely takes discipline ... we all have the urge to just check that email or message ... but introspective wisdom practices will result in higher productivity, greater inspiration, and increased creativity.  It allows us to maintain presence and inner connection in a world designed to pull us in every waking moment outside of ourselves.  We can live with the latest technology and still have a connected inner life.  Perhaps next time let your voicemail take that call, let your email go unanswered and evaluate your relationship with technology instead of blaming it when you feel distracted.  Feel the shift as it may be the next new wave of inner technology you may just be looking for.
